A residence inhabited by history
Since the 17th century, the Domaine was home to the de Reynes family for over 300 years. We have preserved the original layout of this family home to maintain its authenticity:
- Bar lounges for sharing a drink
- Library for escaping into books
- Billiards and board games for convivial moments
In the bar lounge, the historic fireplace proudly displays the canting arms of the de Reynes family: two tree frogs, symbol of this lineage.
Rooms steeped in history
Some rooms still carry the memory of the former owners:
- Room 2 – La Prada: formerly Monsieur de Reynes’ room
- Room 3 – La Rosela: Madame de Reynes’ room
Preserved period materials and furnishings
To preserve the soul of the place, we have maintained all the original materials:
- Original terracotta tiles and parquet floors
- Fireplaces in nearly every room
We have also restored the Domaine’s antique furniture and sourced unique pieces to complement this heritage. Each piece of furniture tells a story and contributes to the warm and elegant atmosphere of the Domaine.
The bar cabinet was crafted from an antique three-piece sideboard, combining authenticity with functionality.
Reimagined spaces
- The wellness area now occupies the former place of worship of the Domaine, offering a unique and soothing atmosphere.
- The reception hall, bright and equipped to accommodate up to 180 guests, was once the old barn, transformed for your exceptional events.
- The former kitchens have been transformed into a dining room, where the preserved original tilework and a period fireplace bear witness to the Domaine’s culinary past.
