In September, we had the pleasure of welcoming the VINCI group for a seminar focused on team cohesion, well-being and discovery. Two inspiring days, bathed in sunshine and punctuated by moments of discussion, collaborative work and conviviality at the heart of Domaine de Camboyer.
A warm welcome from the morning
Participants were welcomed early in the morning in our bar lounge, over a generous welcome coffee:
still-warm homemade pastries, hot drinks, and artisanal fruit juices from local producers. The perfect atmosphere to start the day gently.
Spaces designed for an active study day
The day continued in our reception room and in our lounges, which made it possible to organise several breakout workshops, fostering focus and creativity in a comfortable, light-filled setting.
Lunch on the terrace, between sunshine and relaxation
At lunchtime, the teams gathered on the hotel terrace, an ideal place to share a convivial three-course meal prepared by our Chef, Véronique. A perfect moment to enjoy the Lauragais air and recharge before returning to the workshops.
Immersion in our 8-hectare natural park
The afternoon was devoted to discovering our park classified as a “Sensitive Natural Area” and an LPO refuge (French Bird Protection League). Accompanied by David Richin, a passionate naturalist and journalist, participants explored our botanical trail, with anecdotes, observations and engaging discoveries of the biodiversity that makes the Domaine so special. A timeless moment, enjoyed by all.
Wine aperitif featuring Occitan wines
The day continued with a wine aperitif featuring wines from Occitanie, complemented by an “oenology” workshop and boards of charcuterie and cheeses from local producers.
Between tastings, discussions and discoveries, everyone was able to appreciate the hidden gems of our terroir in a relaxed atmosphere.
Dinner under the summer sky
Dinner, with Brasero entertainment and producers’ truffade, took place in the Domaine courtyard, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. An evening dedicated to sharing, perfect for concluding the first day.
A peaceful night at the heart of the Domaine
After this full day, participants retired to their 4-star hotel rooms, designed to offer calm, comfort and rest.
A second study day, full of energy
The next day began with a local, gourmet breakfast, made up of fresh, artisanal products.
This was followed by another study day, punctuated by a convivial lunch, in keeping with this seminar rich in discussion and inspiration.
